WHISKERS WELCOME! Our 2026 VanFHC Charity Facial Hair Competition will be held Saturday May 16/26, the Saturday of the Victoria Day (aka May 24) long weekend. (For those travelling and planning an extended Canadian bearding holiday, that's also one week before Calgary's annual comp!)* ALL COMPETITORS will receive a swag bag of samples and merch from our sponsors, and a professional portrait to commemorate your facial fabulousness

1. Moustache
2. Full Beard under 4"
3. Full Beard 4" - 9”
4. Full Beard over 9”
5. Partial Beard
6. Whiskerina
(20 minute intermission)
7. Styled Stache / Natural Beard
8. Styled Stache /Groomed Beard
9.Build-a-Beard
10. Freestyle (open to all)
* For this fundraising event, tickets will be $25 for competitors and $10 for spectators. EVERY PENNY OF OUR TICKET SALES go directly to our charity!
* Our venue this year is once again Hero's Welcome, a community-focused pub that honours the venue's former use as home to the ANAF 298 Taurus Unit @heros.welcome http://heros-welcome.com
