Hi, my name is Taylor Nicole or on instagram i’m better known as, @tayflohz — i’ve been hooping about 10 years(HOLY SMOKES- time flies)!
Im hosting a HULA HOOP workshop for all ages and levels of experience centering around chest rolls, back rolls and c rolls.
Beginners — we will cover the basics of chest rolls and go over different ways to execute them and tips and tricks to get them smooth and refined.
Intermediate and UP (those who have chest rolls down pat) — we can work on polishing chest rolls and address combos coming out of chest rolls - i want to touch on c rolls and combos pertaining getting in and out of those!
***feel free to peep my instagram and if there’s anything you like and want to learn, time permitting we can address those tricks at some point during the workshop!***
