Our hotel’s story is rooted in community and creativity, housed in the original 1901 Salvation Army printworks. With over 450 pieces of art curated for our space, creativity is woven into our DNA. At this unique dinner, we are proud to feature works from First Nations artists, whose connection to the land serves as the foundation for the event. Each dish in the evening’s menu will draw on native ingredients, reflecting the depth of Australia’s natural bounty.
