Join Leah Adams and Dr. Eric Baumgartner for a guided immersion exploring the Fire–Water relationship and Heart–Kidney axis through the lens of classical Chinese medicine.
Through Yin practice, we’ll learn to relate to the body as a fluid and fascial network while experiencing the profound benefits of practicing and healing in community. Together, we’ll explore six key meridian pathways and what they reveal about clarity, protection and resilience.
