When You See Me You See Us: Art, Movement, & Healing Circle

Join Stefanie Tovar and Yena at the Dallas Museum of Art in honor of World Racial Justice Day for an experience with art, community, and You.

Together we will allow ourselves to experience the powerful art exhibition "When You See Me" followed by some time to mindfully journal about the experience and share in community about the impact of powerful art. We will also spend some time practicing movements to include: Yoga, Somatic Experiencing, and Breathwork to allow ourselves to be fully moved by our time together.

Please dress in clothing you can comfortable stretch and move in and bring with you:
