In this class, we will

travel back in time to discover the origins of coffee and how it has progressed into the specialty beverage we all love today
hone your tasting skills with sensory exercises used by the best professional coffee tasters
travel around the world to understand the different flavors from 7 countries of origin

You will go home having a deeper appreciation for coffee, and a much better understanding of why you love the specific types of coffee you drink.
