When We Heal, We Bloom is Fully Bloomed's signature journaling workshop — a two-hour self-care experience designed to help you slow down, go inward and reconnect with yourself in the most intentional way.

This journaling workshop will be focused on elevating your daily ritual, supported by exclusive guided prompts. Journaling is a practice we all know is beneficial, but do you have the tools to be successful within it? Are you struggling with consistency or motivation to make it a daily habit? What do you even write about? Our workshop covers it all and transforms the practice of journaling from a daunting chore to the most treasured part of your daily routine. 

Led by Distinee Gayle, published author, certified breathwork facilitator and founder of Fully Bloomed, attendees will be guided through a high-vibrational and restorative journaling session to transfigure what it means to heal and what that truly looks like in day-to-day life. Distinee has guided women through their healing journeys across the DMV, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago and New York City.
