WHEN WE CREATE - Creative Self-Discovery

When We Create is a creative self-care and self-discovery group dedicated to reconnecting individuals with creativity as a source of well-being.

Join us for an unique series of creative workshops to nurture yourself, declutter the mind and rediscover your creative joy. Through engaging conversations, interactive and thought-provoking art activities, participants embrace a stronger understanding of self, growing in self-confidence, nurturing what they love and letting go what doesn't serve them.

These workshops are great for people looking to

• be more creative,
• improve their mental and emotional wellbeing,
• get to know themselves better,
• overcome creative blocks,
• embrace self-love

Summer Session explores soulful work and (re)connecting with your purpose. We’ll be diving into our passions and dreams, those projects you’ve been wanting to start, or the projects you’re already doing, but want to strengthen. Understand what you love, why it matters and integrate it into your life. 

Art-making will support this exploration, allowing you to express and understand your passions in creative and playful ways.

No special skills or previous art experience needed. All art materials and light refreshments will be provided.
