Outdoor skills class targeted towards beginning outdoor explorers. Fire building, water sourcing and purification, shelter building and heat conservation, and bear safety will be the core topics. This course aims to give participants a base knowledge of what to do when things go wrong in the wilderness, and then build upon those skills in an outdoor setting. Please dress for the weather, we will be spending a significant amount of time outside.
