You're good at what you do. The title, the paycheck, the resume all look right. But lately there's a low hum of anxiety on Sunday nights and a sigh before you open the laptop in the morning that wasn't there a year ago.

You're not imagining it, and it isn't weakness. It's misalignment, and it tends to show up in the body before the brain recognizes it.

After a client finished this work, a colleague stopped her in the hall and asked, "Why do you seem happy?" That's what clarity looks like from the outside, and it's closer than it feels from where you're sitting right now.

I'm Paula Randler, a career coach and executive facilitator. I found my own way out of that low hum after years inside it, and on June 12th I'm running a free workshop at The Cloud Room on Capitol Hill in Seattle.

In 90 minutes together, we'll get into:
