When Strong Isn’t Working Anymore… What Then?This free, in-person community gathering is for those navigating grief, loss, and significant life transitions.
Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, walking through divorce, caregiving fatigue, health changes, or simply feeling the weight of holding everything together — this space is for you.
This is not therapy and not a formal class.
It is a gently guided gathering that includes:
• A short teaching reflection
• Guided conversation
• Supportive listening
• Nervous system grounding practices
You are never required to share.
You are never required to explain your grief.
You are simply invited to come as you are.
