WHEN I WAS is going ON TOUR! The play has been accepted into District Fringe Festival 2026 in Washington DC. This fundraiser performance will be free admission, but all donations/proceeds will go to the cast and crew as they travel to DC almost each weekend in July for District Fringe. Your donations are highly encouraged!
WHEN I WAS tells the story of a woman who, with the help of her younger self, reflects on her teenage years. Guiding herself through her past with a lens of humor, spirituality, and oftentimes angst- the play tackles the age-old question: “What are some things you’d tell to your younger self?” WHEN I WAS invites the audience to connect with their younger selves in the midst of growing up, no matter what age. This is truly a one-of-a-kind theatrical experience.
ADMISSION IS FREE. DONATIONS ARE ENCOURAGED.
