When Everyone Leads is a practical, hands-on workshop for anyone ready to take ownership of tough challenges and make meaningful progress, whether you hold a formal leadership role or not.
Grounded in an evidence-based framework first developed at Harvard and adapted by the Kansas Leadership Center, this workshop helps individuals and teams lead more effectively by focusing on what they can do, right now.
You’ll explore real tools like how to identify adaptive challenges, ask powerful questions, and act experimentally. You’ll leave with new insights and tangible strategies you can apply immediately—at work, in your community, and in your life.
This session is designed for nonprofit professionals, community leaders, and values-driven changemakers at all levels.
