This week’s Mindful Monday invites you to use sacred sounds + hand gestures, called Mudras and Mantras, to stay grounded and focused. Led by Lois, Mudra, Mantra & Sound Bath Meditation is a powerful practice that gives both your mind and body a gentle focus, helping you stay present and return to a meditative state with ease.
This session offers a structured yet deeply calming approach to meditation. The intentional movement of your hands provides a physical anchor, while the vibrational energy of mantra chanting or silent repetition helps quiet mental chatter. As you settle into this practice, a sound bath of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes will guide you into deeper relaxation and restoration.
