3) An introduction to Taiwan's geography, primary tea-producing regions, and characteristic teas, highlighting the country's status as a paradise for Camellia sinensis.
4) The art of tea appreciation: A three-part exploration of tea, including the six principles of tea tasting, and a discussion of the processes involved in tea production, from cultivation to roasting.
