The holidays can make complicated relationships harder to navigate. Family tension, estrangement, gatherings that leave you feeling alone, or simply not having the connections you hoped for may make this season look different from what you imagined.
In this group, we’ll talk honestly about expectations, boundaries, and loneliness. We’ll explore ways to care for ourselves and find meaningful connection, including when that means celebrating differently, and consider how faith can ground us along the way.
