When Chinese Veggie Tapas Meet Spanish Paella!

Hot Wednesday is back at La Paloma on 28 October with an exciting plant-based twist! Chef Alex Fargas is teaming up with Chef Dicky from Veggie Kingdom to serve up an unforgettable East-Meets-West vegetarian feast for HK$488 per person.

What’s on the menu?

• Veggie Kingdom’s Chinese Classics: Chilled Seasoned Vegetables, Dim Sum Platter, and Braised Yellow Fungus in Vegetarian Abalone Sauce.

• La Paloma’s Spanish Tapas: Vegetable Lasagna with Piquillo Emulsion, Sautéed Porcini, and Green Asparagus & Potato Foam.

• The Main Event: A Giant Vegetarian Paella loaded with Vegetarian Char Siu, Vegetarian Shrimp, and Pressed Tofu Skin!

*Guests can also add optional anchovies, bacon, or pan-fried foie gras to selected dishes to suit different dietary preferences.
