When Art Is Judged – Youth Edition creates a brave space for young artists to talk honestly about what it feels like when their creativity is evaluated, compared, or critiqued. Whether through competitions, classrooms, social media, or performances, young creatives often experience judgment long before they have the tools to process it.

Through a youth-centered panel discussion followed by a guided healing circle and performance, participants will hear from their peers and creative leaders about navigating criticism while protecting their creative voice.

This experience invites young people to explore how creativity connects to confidence, emotional wellness, and belonging. Students will leave with tools to honor their artistic identity, understand the difference between critique and judgment, and remain rooted in purpose even when their work is being evaluated.
