This month’s event consists of two short pre-recorded webinars followed by free treats and an opportunity to socialize.
*September 8 program: When and How to Plant Successful Trees and Shrubs*
Mid-September to early October is a great time to plant certain trees and shrubs in your landscape. In the first video, Amy Freidig, Horticulture Outreach Specialist, UW-Extension, presents a program on the specifics of fall tree and shrub selection and planting.
In the second video, Lisa A. Johnson, Dane Co. UW-Extension Horticulture Educator, presents "5 Steps to Plant a Tree." Follow her advice and you will enjoy your newly planted trees for years to come.
