Celebrate the fall season at Wheels & Reels on Friday, October 23, 2026, at Liberty Park. This unique event combines outdoor roller skating with a classic movie under the stars through a collaboration between Roller Skating Night, hosted by Parks & Recreation, and Mooresville Movie Nights, presented by the Experience & Engagement Department.
Roller skating begins at 6 p.m., followed by food trucks opening at 6:30 p.m. As the sun sets, enjoy a special screening of the Halloween favorite Hocus Pocus, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Admission is free. Participants must bring their own roller skates and are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for the movie. Guests may bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages; however, outside alcohol is prohibited. Parking is available throughout Downtown, with a portion of the Liberty Park parking lot reserved as accessible parking.
