Join Wheelhouse Folk Choir - Tavistock’s contemporary a cappella choir - for a festive pub sing! Raise a glass and hear the choir sing winter folk songs for the season and festive favourites. Directed by Julu Irvine & Heg Brignall of folk duo Suthering, the choir have performed at many events and sell-out concerts, including the prestigious Sidmouth Folk Festival. They sing vibrant and textured arrangements of folk songs; from traditional to contemporary in up to eight part harmony. What makes the choir impressive is their polished, professional sound, despite being a mixed ability group of un-auditioned, community singers.
