Join us for Wheelchair Rugby – Crash & Dash Demo Day, a try-it-out session designed for individuals with physical disabilities such as amputation/limb loss, spinal cord injury/wheelchair-users and cerebral palsy/brain injury/stroke.
You’ll learn the basics of Rugby - techniques, rules, and teamwork - while experiencing the fast-paced fun of the game. It’s an exciting way to challenge yourself, get a great cardiovascular workout, and build strength and endurance in a supportive environment.
