Her journey is deeply human: from navigating the challenges of alopecia to overcoming the loss of her husband, Barbara has learned that strength is built through presence, perspective, and purpose. Her upcoming book, “So Much to Drool About: Lessons for Living Large,” (April 2025) shares wisdom on gratitude, joy, and living fully — inspired by her beloved Great Danes.

Barbara’s impact reaches far beyond her coaching practice — she is a founding member of the CNY Women’s Fund, a mentor in the NY State Mentoring Program, and an active contributor to numerous non-profit boards. Certified as both an ICF Professional Coach (PCC) and Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), her message continues to empower audiences to embrace resilience, authenticity, and the beauty of possibility.
