What's Wellness? 2024

A day of events teaching and promoting healthy lifestyles. Led by Springfield Youth!

BATS (Bringing Awareness to Students) is a youth-led prevention group concerned about the percentage of teens engaging in substance and alcohol use. What’s Wellness? is a day filled with workshop sessions, taught by youth, and aimed at teaching people positive ways of dealing with stress and anxiety. Register for one or more sessions (all within walking distance of one another).

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
