Together we will explore mindfulness as a way of living more awake to the present moment—within ourselves, with one another, and in relationship with the living Earth that sustains us. In the midst of busy lives, mindfulness invites us to slow down, listen deeply, and rediscover the wisdom already present in our bodies, our breath, and the rhythms of the natural world.
Join this welcoming community of practitioners as we explore a variety of mindfulness practices each week. Through reflection, conversation, and experiential activities, you will discover simple practices you can carry into your everyday life—helping you cultivate greater presence, compassion, and awareness in the ordinary moments of your days.
Session Themes:
May 5 – What Is Mindfulness? Exploring Mindful Eating and the sacred connection between nourishment, gratitude, and Earth’s abundance.
May 12 – Be Right Where You Are: Practicing mindful speaking and listening as pathways to deeper presence and authentic connection.
May 19 – Mindfully Cultivating Kindness amid Grief: Gently tending the heart and discovering compassion for ourselves and others in times of loss.
May 26 – Mindfully Moving to Become Still: Exploring simple mindful movement that helps the body settle, the mind quiet, and the spirit return to center.
