About this Event
After an extremely succesful first night back in October, I'm very happy to finally set a date on my second pop up tasting menu. This 7 course menu has taken inspiration from childhood dishes that began my culinary journey and I've given them a modern fine dining twist. Using British ingredients and fresh produce to create a menu of food I'm proud to call my own. I've been a chef for a long time and this has always been a big dream of mine to have people eating dishes that I've created. I hope you can join me on this evening and enjoy these dishes I've worked really hard on creating.
