Please join the Kent JLD and Pump Court Chambers for their first joint event at Cripps Office in Tunbridge Wells.
We are delighted that Pump Court Chambers will be providing the following talks by their juniors -
- “A beginner’s guide to the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996” – Henry Hawkesworth. Area of Law: Property
- “Conducting litigation in the Employment Tribunal – the key questions to ask your client at the key moments, to ensure you know all you need to and don’t get caught out” – Rebecca Paterson. Area of Law: Employment
- “Property Particulars and Mortgage Raising Capacity Evidence in Needs Cases – how to properly evidence housing needs” – Elena Johnson. Area of Law: Family Finance
- “When should a client ask to have a Fact-Finding Heading?” – Emily Chapman. Area of Law: Private Children
The talks will cover the areas of Employment, Property and Family. There will be Q&A and the opportunity to network with fellow trainees/junior solicitors as well as junior members of Pump Court over drinks and pizza after the talks.
