What The Healthy 2026
The morning begins at 8:00 AM with a guided group stretch to get everyone warmed up and ready to move. From there, participants will take part in a community 5K run, followed by an energizing group workout designed for all fitness levels. We’ll finish the fitness portion of the event with a cool-down session before transitioning into a vibrant vendor experience.
After the workout, attendees can connect with local health and wellness businesses, discover new products and services, enjoy giveaways, network with like-minded individuals, and learn from organizations dedicated to helping our community thrive.

One of the highlights of What The Healthy 2026 will be live vendor interviews conducted by Kenan Penn II. Participating vendors will have the opportunity to share their stories, showcase their businesses, and gain additional exposure while connecting directly with attendees throughout the event.
