This is a unique gathering designed to offer you a chance to BE SEEN, to CONNECT, and to leave feeling nourished, inspired, and more clear than when you walked in.
This is a sacred container where your RIGHTEOUS RAGE and your DEEP PURPOSE both get to take up space.
What to expect:
Starr Sheppard-Decker, seasoned space-holder, will be your guide.
Natalie Mays of Fehu Farm Apothecary will be leading the elixir ceremony.
Kriyanna, our founder, will lead an opening meditation and weave in more throughout the evening.
For this event we’ll be working with the element of Fire, honoring all its multitudes as we invite you into an event that includes:
*Centering: we begin with a grounding meditation to remember we are always supported.
*Expression: a chance to share, to be witnessed, to be held and celebrated.
*Fire in the Belly Elixir: be supported inside and out to move and ignite.
*Movement: let the energy move through your body with intention and great music!
*Conversation: a discussion about what we’re present with and what actions feel aligned.

Led by Natalie Mays, she brings to you a warming oxymel infused with healing roots and spice to awaken digestion, circulation, and inner fire. Together we will sip in ceremony and move into embodied activation, allowing the energy of the Fire Horse year to ignite clarity, courage, and forward motion.
We're working with the energy of fire… the compost kind, the slow smoldering kind, the this is exactly what's needed kind. Come ready to recalibrate and move your body.
