Lisa Phillipson a lifelong metro-east resident, started leading as a young adult as a manager at McDonalds, proudly stating she attended and passed Hamburger University. Received her education at SIUe with a degree in Communication. Working in the St. Louis Public Schools with children with speech disorders, working as the executive director of Easter Seals Southwestern Illinois and the past 21 years at Hospice of Southern Illinois as the Community and Education Director. Recently Lisa started her own brand Positively Leading with Lisa. Sharing lessons learned from a career in leading, the mistakes, wins and learning my own why along the way.
