End-of-Life Doula, Shanti Vani uses her extensive personal and professional life experiences to provide support and education for people suffering from grief, trauma and loss. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore our human condition and discover how acceptance of death can relieve stress and improve our quality of life. Shanti’s studies in the Buddha Dharma have provided essential wisdom that informs her work. She presently leads a weekly improv group for veterans in Gainesville and is a founding board member of the Florida End of Life Doula Alliance.
