Planning ahead for Aging Well" as part of our Coffee + Conversation senior's program series.Hello Darlene will demystify the process of Eldercare Planning. Sharing tips on what families need to think about before a crisis hits. We will review the different retirement relocation options, key documents to have in place & relocation logistics and considerations. We will also review some tips on Aging in Place considerations. Great opportunity to become familiar with some of the language associated with this type of planning.
