Join us for a breathtaking evening on the water for our special Whales and Wild Flavours cruise. Teaming up with Sunshine and Sons and Nooks and Cooks, we are so excited to offer an afternoon of whale watching, delicious canapes inspired by local and wild-foraged ingredients, and limited edition gin tasting, hosted onboard Whale One.
The cruise will begin with a relaxed, scenic tour of the Mooloolah River, before we exit the rivermouth and begin our search for humpback whales. Witnessing these magnificent creatures at dusk is an incredible experience!
As we return to the river, enjoy the canape offerings created and prepared by bush tukka chef and Eastern Arrernte woman Tanika Orr of Nooks and Cooks, paired with cocktails including the limited edition Biosphere Gin by Sunshine and Sons, created on Kabi Kabi Country in collaboration with Creative Ecologies Research Cluster at UniSC.
