Come and join us on Monday 23rd February 2026 at Casco Lounge, 608 The Quay, Lakeside Shopping Centre for a relaxed and enjoyable evening painting our Whale of a Time under the expert instruction of our Art Workshop Leader Sophie.
No experience needed. You can either follow the instructions or ‘express yourself’ by putting your own personal touches on it as much as you feel comfortable to do so. If you so wish, you can change the colours (maybe to fit in with home décor or a favourite colour), change the silhouettes (if applicable) or add extra details. We just love it when people get creative but we are equally as happy when people stick to the set pace. It’s totally your choice. At the end of the evening you will have a painting that you love.
Everything you need to paint is supplied including a 16” x 20” stretched canvas, acrylic paints, brushes and an apron.
This event will start promptly at 7:00pm and run to around 10pm. Full food menu and bar available, please do not bring your own.
Whilst our events are aimed at adults, this venue is family friend and therefore older children are welcome to come paint with their parent(s) or guardian(s).
As a minimum, please arrive 10 minutes early to book in and grab a drink from the bar but why not come early and have a meal before we paint. Food Menu at https://thelounges.co.uk/casco/#menu

Old clothing is recommended just in case there are any accidents with the acrylic paints. Aprons will be provided. We will be taking photos throughout the event for our website and social media. Please advise us if you do not wish to be featured in these photos.
