This is the fifth Winter Guard United Kingdom Winter Guard and Drum Corps United Kingdom SoundSport contest of the 2026 season and will feature in competition (in alphabetical order and timings are subject to confirmation)

Directions: M5 Junction 7, follow directions towards city centre, A 4440 and A44 then local roads.
NOTE 1: This is close to but NOT the WGUK Championships venue.
NOTE 2: Confusingly, there is also a St John’s Sports Centre in Worcester. Again, it is not this!

University shop (2/3 minute walk) sells sandwiches, some hot food/drinks etc. Minimarket on campus site, further away. Sponsor planning to sell tea, coffee, cakes, biscuits. Vending machines
Parking
Any of the public car parks on campus can be used OTHER THAN Long Stay Car Park R which is for event staff and equipment vehicles. The charge is £3.50. There is plenty of parking.
Note: The show sponsor MAY be looking to have designated paid seating areas (basically, the back few rows of seating) to help us manage the anticipated numbers. This won't be specific seats but stewards will be on hand to support.
Wheelchair access to the side of the arena or possibly, space allowing, in the balcony area. No spectators, including kids on the floor in front of parents, will be able to be in front of any part of the bleacher seating, even at the edge, for safety and insurance reasons. This is non-negotiable.
