Join Conservation Nebraska for a fun, free, and educational event with Ted LaGrange, the Wetland Program Manager for Nebraska Game and Parks. This event will take place at Heron Haven's Nature Center located at 11809 Old Maple Rd, Omaha, NE 68164.This event will discuss wetlands in Nebraska, why they are important, as well as conservation and restoration of wetlands in Nebraska. After the presentation and the Q&A section, which will run from 1pm-2pm, if you would like you can stay to watch a short wetland documentary made by Nebraska Game and Parks!
