Wet Felting Workshop: Felt A Big Leaf With Megan

Make yourself a beautifully-textured oversized leaf and learn the “cracked mud” technique for felting, which will reveal your leaf’s veins and boost its complexity and appeal.
Your instructor Megan will guide beginners and more experienced felters through the 4 steps of felting: layout, felting, fulling and finishing.
All supplies and materials will be provided and you will have a wide range of colours to design your leaf with. You will need to bring your own bath towel, hand towel, and sharp scissors. In addition, if you have a scrap of light-weight cloth or silk that you would like to incorporate into your design, bring it along, too. Come prepared to let free your laughter, ideas and imagination. Open to adults and older teens.
