Participants will created a sculpted felt flower using soft wool fibers, warm soapy water, and a bit of elbow grease. We'll explore how loose wool transforms into a sturdy, sculptural flower that can be worn, used to decorate a bag or purse, or gifted. This class is playful, creative, and a little bit splashy - perfect for curious makers who love working with their hands. All materials are provided, and no prior felting experience is required!
Ages 8-11 are welcome with a parent or guardian assisting. Ages 12+ may participate independently, but per Unwind policy anyone under the age of 18 must have an adult in the building.
Everyone will leave with a one-of-a-kind felted flower and a new appreciation for this traditional textile art.
