About this Event
Wet Felting Workshop
There is something deeply ancient in the act of working with wool.
Wet felting is one of the oldest textile traditions in the world. Created simply through fibre, water, and the steady rhythm of hands. Long before modern making, women gathered in this way: shaping, softening, creating together in quiet rhythm.
This workshop is an invitation to return to that.
Over three hours, you will be gently guided through the process of wet felting as you create a vessel. No experience is needed, only a willingness to slow down and work with your hands.
This is more than a technique-based class. It is a sensory, grounding experience where creation becomes a way of listening. As we work, there will be space for quiet reflection and simple storytelling woven through the circle, threads of meaning carried alongside the making.
You will leave with a finished piece, shaped by your own hands, and a deeper connection to the ancient rhythm of creating in community.
All materials are provided.
