QUALIFICATIONS TO RECEIVE THE VACCINE:
For those 18 years of age or younger, recipients must be enrolled in CHIP or Medicaid, uninsured or Alaskan/Native Americans. For those 19 years of age or older, adult recipients must be uninsured recipients or have private health insurance that does not cover vaccines.
