The day begins with a 90-minute Cypher HIIT Masterclass filled with high-energy choreography, HIIT Hills, crowd-rocking energy, and the signature culture that makes Cypher HIIT more than just a workout. It’s an experience designed to push you, inspire you, and connect you with others through movement.

For those ready to go deeper, the Cypher HIIT MC Certification offers the opportunity to learn the format from the inside out. Participants will explore teaching methodology, musicality, SOSODEF choreography, BreakdanceFit fundamentals, leadership, and what it means to represent Cypher HIIT as an MC.
