Saturday 13th of December will be our final visit to The Stable, 3-6 Wadham Street, Weston, BS23 1JY for a record & CD fair. Next year we'll be moving the fair literally across the road to the Blakehay Theatre (now run by the same lovely people as The Stable).We will be open from 10am-3pm with £1 admission (this small charge goes towards the cost of hiring the venue & advertising the event).
The fair will be held on 2 rooms on the second floor (accessed either by lift or stairs).
The cafe on the ground floor will be open for the duration of the fair.
This will also be your last chance to see Outback Vinyl in Weston before they emigrate to Australia early next year.
There will be 1000s of items for sale with a wide variety of new, used & rare records & CDs to browse through- prog/ psych/ rock/ metal/ reggae/ dance/ hip hop/ jazz/ free jazz/ ECM/ krautrock/ J-Pop/ anime/soul/ funk/ Afrobeat/ folk/ blues/ world/ experimental music/ minimalism/ 50s/ 60s/ 70s/ 80s/ 90s/ 00s/ 10s/ 20s/ indie/ grunge/ Indian music/ drum & bass/ punk/ hardcore punk/ post-punk & more!!!
The above mentioned genres are just those generally available on our stall- different sellers at our fairs may have others.
We also buy or trade records if in excellent condition & depending on what the music is. If bringing records into a fair it’s usually best sometime between 1pm & 2:30pm when we’re likely to be less busy.
We can take card payments as can some of the other dealers, however, not all dealers at our fairs have card machines so it’s a good idea to bring some cash too.
