A 2.0 version of the discussion that we started at our Western Philanthropy Conference in May 2024. We will explore how recent litigation has reshaped the landscape and examine the ways in which foundations are adapting in response.
Session 2: Future-Proofing Nonprofit Support: Navigating Gift and Estate Tax Changes
