Suede Ball Caps + Western Hat Workshop

Saddle up for round 2 and join Hat Lady Biz at The Loop Hole Bar in Tomahawk, Wisconsin for an unforgettable afternoon where creativity meets storytelling.

This isn't just a hat workshop, it's an opportunity to slow down, laugh, connect with others, and create a one-of-a-kind hat that reflects your journey, passions, and the many hats you wear throughout life.

Whether you choose a classic western hat or a stylish suede ball cap, no artistic experience is necessary. I'll guide you step-by-step through the entire process. We cant wait to be back!

🛑 A Few Things to Know

• We travel with 80–100 extra hats for size exchanges and additional color options.

• Hat style selections made during registration cannot be changed after purchase, but exchanges may be available at the event based on inventory.

• Tickets are required. No walk-ins, please.

• Come hungry! Delicious food and beverages will be available for purchase from The Loop Hole Bar throughout the workshop.

Learn wood-burning techniques, aging methods, artwork placement, design tips, and creative inspiration while we walk through each step together.

1:45–3:00 PM – Create Your Story

Bring your vision to life using Hat Lady Biz's collection of:

• Wood-burning tools

• 1,000+ stencils

• Leather

• Feathers

• Florals

• Charms

• Rope & ribbon

• Fabrics

• Decorative embellishments

3:00–4:00 PM – Final Touches & Photos

Finish your masterpiece, add those last meaningful details, and celebrate your finished hat with photos!

Guests registering after October 18 will choose their hat at the event from the Hat Lady Biz trailer.

Don't worry—we travel with 80–100 hats in a variety of styles, colors, and sizes, so you'll still have plenty of beautiful options to choose from.

Hat Sizing & Style Guide

Need a different hat? No worries! We travel with 80–100 extra hats in a variety of sizes, styles, and colors, so if your pre-selected hat isn't the right fit, you may exchange it at the event while supplies last.

📏 How to Measure Your Head

Using a soft measuring tape, wrap it just above your ears and around your forehead where your hat will naturally sit. Measure in centimeters (cm) to find your best fit.

🎩 Hat exchanges for size, style, or color may be available at the event, but cannot be guaranteed and are based on inventory.

🚫 Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event location unless Hat Lady Biz cancels the event.

Hat Lady Tips 💛

• Dark-colored hats (especially black) can make artwork and wood-burning designs appear more subtle than lighter-colored hats.

• Unsure which size or color to choose? Pick your best guess! We'll have a large selection of extra hats available for exchanges at the event whenever possible.
