About this Event
This is a fundraising event for the Mustang High School Cross Country Boosters. More than 700 participants are expected to lace up for this year’s race - RED, WHITE, AND BOOTS!
***5K RACE - FRI, SEPT 11TH AT 7:00 P.M. - WILD HORSE PARK***
5K RACE will take place on Fri, Sep 11th at 7:00 p.m. - Mustang's Wild Horse Park. The race will begin on the northern entrance into the park off Mustang Rd and will follow a certified course through the park. There will be Western Days activities taking place at the park and the Rodeo starts at 8 p.m. across the street.

Kids' Race Runners will meet at Mustang High School Stadium on Sat, Sep 12th to compete in the 46th Annual Western Days Stampede. Runners will participate in the elementary school mile race, intermediate school mile race, or middle school mile race. Races begin at varying times; see individual race entry for your race time.
Is there a registration deadline to guarantee a t-shirt?
Yes, the deadline to guarantee a t-shirt is Friday, August 28th. After that date, t-shirts and/or specific sizes may not be available as quanities are limited.
Where can I pick up my Race T-Shirt and Bib?
Race packet pick-up for pre-registered runners is available on Fri, Sept 11th from 6-8 p.m. at Wild Horse Park during the Chili Cook-Off near the 5K start line and also on Sat, Sept 12th beginning at 6:30 a.m. at the north entrance of the Mustang HS Football Stadium.
