Celebrate the diversity and uniqueness known as Westcott St! Join thousands of your neighbors, friends, and soon-to-be friends for an annual tradition spanning over 30 years at our celebration of food, music, art, dance, and culture. The parade starts at noon, and the art-food-music festival follows from 12:30 to 6:30pm on Westcott St. between Concord and Dell (and on the side streets), Syracuse, NY 13210.
