Event 1: Max Log Overhead
Event 2: Max Texas Barbell Deadlift
Event 3: Max Atlas Stone
Stones will be over a wooden frame (height 46’ inches).
We have stones ranging from 60kg-200k (in 20kg increments) , 220kg, 240kg and a beastly 250kg.
3 attempts will be allowed on each Event,
Competitors will pick their own weights that they want to be lifted.
Athletes arrive for 9am
Rules Meeting will be 9:30am
First Event will start 10am
Rules will be explained on the day
