Open to those who live or work in West Sacramento, this free training will help prepare you to survive a disaster.
About this Event

This 24-hour course teaches participants the basics of Emergency Preparedness. Taught by the West Sacramento Fire Department, this course covers the basics of fire safety, first aid, and local hazards. At the conclusion of the course, participants have the opportunity to join the West Sacraments Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). This training is free and will be held from 6-9pm Oct 15, 17, 22, 24 and 26. On Sat Oct 26, we'll spend the morning practicing your new skills.
