West Point Culinary Institute Gala

West Point Culinary Institute invites you to the inaugural Gala on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at the Betty Kelso Event Center at the San Antonio Botanical Gardens. The evening will celebrate culinary excellence, community, and education, with a VIP reception beginning at 5:30 p.m. and general admission from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Guests can look forward to an evening featuring exceptional cuisine, fine beverages, live auction, "Culinary Lottery" and the opportunity to connect with fellow food lovers and supporters of the future of culinary education.
Proceeds and support from the Gala will help provide scholarships, educational resources, internships, and career advancement opportunities for deserving students while strengthening the culinary and hospitality workforce in the
community.
