In this tasting and demonstration class, the Pinthouse culinary team will join our Central Market cooking school chefs to guide you through a menu built around creative, bacon‑forward dishes—each one crafted to pair beautifully with Pinthouse’s award‑winning, hop‑forward beers.

Expect a lively, laid‑back class filled with great food, great beer, and plenty of bacon‑inspired creativity. Whether you’re a craft beer fan, a bacon enthusiast, or simply love learning from talented chefs and brewers, this class promises a delicious and memorable experience. Ages 21 and up. You'll enjoy a selection of light bites with your beverages.

About Pinthouse:

Pinthouse began with six friends, a shared obsession with great beer, and a mission to bottle up the creative, come‑as‑you‑are spirit of Austin. • At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
